Christmas 2011 at Hope Church was amazing. Because it was our first Christmas together we wanted to do something a little special. We decided to have a party. So, on December 18, 2011 we had our very first Christmas Party. We were able, with the generous financial gifts of many of our supporters and the Rustenburg McDonald's, to give each child lunch (Happy Meal) and a gift bag (included Hope Church t-shirt, pair of shoes, water bottle, flashlight, small toy and sweets. It was a great time of food, fun, gifts, and hearing about the ultimate gift God made to us in giving us Jesus. Many kids gave their hearts to Jesus that day and enjoyed a Christmas that they will remember for a long time.
